If you’re surprised that more music is coming from David Bowie, you shouldn’t be. No only has it been hinted that Bowie left behind a wealth of new music – music that we haven’t heard yet – but we’re getting word that old legends are making the light of day. For Bowie, that’s The Gouster. And while it being released as a single CD has not been on the table, its inclusion in a Boxed set has been. Good news for the rest of us.

On September 23, Parlophone Records will release a 12CD (or 13LP) Boxed set called Who Can I Be Now? (1974-1976). Within this follow-up to Five Years (1969-1973) will be some of Bowie’s important career high points. Those will include remastered versions of Diamond Dogs, the transitional Young Americans, Station To Station, David Live, and Live Nassau Coliseum ’76. In addition to those classics, the box will include a collection of non-album b-sides and singles. Of course, the attractive offering is the unreleased The Gouster album from 1974.

Who Can I Be Now - David Bowie

Who Can I Be Now? (1974-1976) will include a massive 128-page hard-cover book (84-page hard-bound for the LP Box) with incredible content (photos, liner notes, extensive credits, etc.). The Digital Download (DD) editions will be offered in two forms: 192kHz/24-bit, and 96kHz/24-bit. A COMPLETE rundown (lifted from the David Bowie website – No! I was not going to retype ALL of that information!) is cut ‘n pasted below:
