Capitol Nashville have put the highly anticipated new Lady Antebellum album, 747, on the calendar for issue on September 30. The set will get an expanded Deluxe Edition as well. No word on vinyl.

It’s no news to any Dylan fan that Legacy Recordings will be releasing The Basement Tapes Complete featuring Bob Dylan and The Band. However, this serves to remind some of us that Volume 11 of the Bootleg Series will be made available on November 4.

Sony Masterworks will release Bach, a new album recording from violinist extraordinaire, Joshua Bell. This album was recorded at The Academy of St Martin In the Fields. It is slated for release on September 30.

Idina Menzel, the voice behind “Let It Go” from Disney’s Frozen classic, will release a holiday set called Holiday Wishes, planned for October 14.

And while we’re talking Basement Tapes, there’s this little project coming via Electromagnetic Recordings/Harvest Records that feature some impressive personnel. Participants in this include Elvis Costello, Rhiannon Giddens (Carolina Chocolate Drops),  Taylor Goldsmith (Dawes), Jim James (My Morning Jacket), and Marcus Mumford (Mumford & Sons). The music is created from lyrical notes from Bob Dylan during his famed Basement Tapes period. The album, Lost On the River – The New Basement Tapes, is planned for November 11 on CD, Deluxe Edition, DD, and vinyl LP.

Verve Records will release My Dream Duets from vocalist, Barry Manilow. It is slated for October 28 on CD, DD, and vinyl LP.

Planes, Trains & Eric (Clapton) is scheduled for DVD, and BD sets, both on November 1.

On October 7, you can import an SACD copy of Pretzel Logic, the 1974 Steely Dan classic that contained the “Rikki Don’t Lose That Number” radio hit.

Sub Pop Records will issue a 7LP Box set featuring all seven of Sleater-Kinney titles, calling the set, Start Together 1994-2006. This Box will contain the newly remastered titles, a 44-page hard-cover book, an art print, and each of the albums in a different color vinyl. The set is Limited Edition, and will be the only place you can get the vinyl reissues in their collectible state.

Rounder Records have Trigger Hippy, a band headed by Steve Gorman (Black Crowes), slated for release on September 30, on CD. DD. and vinyl LP.

Audio Fidelity will reissue two classic titles on SACD format. The two titles include In The Wind by Peter, Paul and Mary, and, The Paul Butterfield Blues Band. Both SACDs are scheduled for October 8.

10 Spot records will release Volume Five of GarciaLive, featuring Jerry Garcia, on October 28. The CD release will feature live Jerry Garcia from his show at Keystone Berkeley on December 31, 1975.

Rounder Records will release a new debut album featuring Béla Fleck, and Abigail Washburn, on October 7. The new album is called, simply, Béla Fleck & Abigial Washburn.

Harvest Records have Seeds coming from TV On the Radio, scheduling the 12-track album for November 18 on CD, DD, and vinyl LP.

Mailboat Records will release Live, a 14 performance track live album from Jeff Bridges & The Abiders, on September 30.

The Essential Swing Out Sister arrives on October 6 via Salvo Records, with seventeen tracks (and could have used a few more). See here!

Green Hill Records will release a new Jim Brickman album, this one with Holiday favorites. On a Winter’s Night: The Songs And Spirit Of Christmas will issue on October 7 with fourteen tracks.

The Essential Cypress Hill is scheduled for release on October 14 in both PA and Edited forms.

Kobalt Records will release new Billy Idol music, Kings & Queens Of The Underground, on October 21. Thus far, the album is pegged for CD.

Joe Marchese over at The Second Disc has unveiled the upcoming Bear Family Records 16CD/2Book Box release of Chuck Berry: Rock And Roll Music – Any Old Way You Choose It – The Complete Studio Recordings … Plus!, a pricey import collection slated for release on October 17. Read here!

Legacy Recordings have collected Ronnie Milsap albums for a massive 21CD Box of his entire RCA Records catalog. The set will feature a booklet that will contain Milsap notes on each album, as well as a flurry of photos, discographical info, and more! The RCA Albums Collection is on the calendar for November 4. Universal will release a 2CD Live set featuring ABBA, on September 30. Live At Wembley Arena (1979) features 25 performance tracks. It will also be issued on 3LP vinyl, same date.

The Who Hits 50! will become available on October 28. It will be a huge comprehensive look back at the career of The Who, and the songs that made them who they are.
